Rawk the River is a rain or shine event, however there are several instances in which the festival maybe paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to); severe thunderstorms, lightening in festival radius, excessive winds, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personals. Festival management monitors weather conditions to ensure the safest event possible. HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!!!
